The anticipated successor of the HTC One is to be featured in a press conference next month. However today, leaked images of the “All New HTC One” surfaced on the internet, giving fans and analysts an insight on what HTC has to offer. The images were first leaked by Hardforum, which at the time of writing has been taken down.
Shortly after the leaks by Hardforum, Twitter user evleaks released their own high quality image of the next generation HTC One, showing off the American carrier AT&T model. From this, we can almost confirm that the American carrier will be receiving the HTC One for consumers.
What we know about this new device? It will have two rear-facing cameras, and will also feature BoomSound technology, as explained in a video earlier this week by HTC. We also expect that Ultrapixels will be improved in this device. The software on the phone seems to be HTC’s Sense 6, with Android 4.4. As well, it seems that HTC has decided to ditch physical buttons for touchscreen controls, similar to what we see in Nexus devices.
This new device will rival Samsung’s recently unveiled Galaxy S5, which left lukewarm thoughts. Many were disappointed by the S5, including me, so this has left the door open for companies as HTC to gain dominance in the smartphone market.

HTC’s press conference is happening on March 25th in New York City. Upon release, we speculate that it will appear on most Canadian carriers such as Rogers, Bell, Telus Wind, and Virgin Mobile, all which currently offer the HTC One.
