Getting ready for the release of the iPhone 5? We are too. And for many consumers getting the new iPhone, you’ll be faced with the choice of choosing a new iPhone case. Well, here at JTS, we’re excited to see what a hometown Canadian company will release.

“Apple practically announced the iPhone 5 with its Sept. 12th press invitation,” says Andrew Ackloo, CEO of iSkin. “It’s going to be the most feature-packed iPhone launch in Apple’s history, and we know everyone will want one. That’s why we are preparing to release our line of accessories, which will be unveiled shortly after the iPhone 5 is launched.”

Apple had a press conference for the iPhone 5 on Wednesday, introducing a larger screen size, updated internals, the A6 chip, as well as a smaller dock pin connector. Hopefully with the new and larger iPhone 5, it will prompt even more innovation and creativity from case makers alike.

Excited? We are for sure. And check back in a few weeks on JTS for a review of an upcoming iSkin iPhone 5 case by our Editor-at-Large Kevin Li.
