Apple iPad 3 Announcement Confirmed

Apple has finally released invitations for the long awaited “iPad 3” or maybe “iPad 2S” media event. This new iPad has been long awaited, and the timing is the same for the previous iPads. The invitation says, “We have something you really have to see. And touch.” So this might mean something amazing coming out by Apple.

The picture on the invitation also may give us hints to the features of the new iPad. As you can see, there is no home button, which may mean Apple is going to diminish this. So if this is possible~ it may have a new multi-touch side.

So here are some of rumors for the iPad 3. There will definitely be a new chip inside, either the A6 or the A5X. Hopefully, it will have a better processor, and I’m hoping for quad core. The cameras will be upgraded, and there is no doubt about that. The current iPad 2 camera is horrible compared to other tablets. We should see the upgrade from 3G to 4G networks, and we will see a better retina display. We should also see an iOS upgrade, most likely iOS 5.1.

So what’s your opinions on the iPad 3? Comment below. And if you liked this post and want to see more, visit us on FacebookTwitter, and Google+.

  1. I just purchased my first tablet, needless to say I didn’t go with an iPad. I usually avoid iProducts because I find that a lot of the selling power behind them is hype…. (aka higher prices for less). I’m not saying that they don’t offer something, I just think that you can find the same for less money in a Tablet.
