PresenterMedia…The Ultimate Presentation Tool

PresenterMedia LogoRecently, I just tried a cool PowerPoint template, clip art, and HD video background service called PresenterMedia. And I was really surprised by the quality of what they offered. If you are always doing presentations, this service is for you. Here’s an overview of all their services.

Example of Templates from PresenterMedia

First is their PowerPoint tools. Their most popular templates are their animated templates, and this is really cool. These templates add a “wow factor” to your presentations, and take it to the next level. They have a variety of templates in different categories, such as futuristic, business, education, holidays, events, religious, science, technology, wildlife and nature. You can tell that a template is animated when they have an “animated” sign on top of the template. My personal favourite is the “Future Interface.” For animated templates, you’ll get an animated title slide, and an animated content slide. They also include some other non-animated templates for various purposes, such as graphs. You can download the templates in 3 formats: PowerPoint 1997-2003, PowerPoint 2007/Mac 2008, and PowerPoint 2010/Mac 2011. However, be careful when downloading making presentations with these templates, because if you have too many slides with many motion backgrounds, your presentation may crash.

They also have clip art, animated and stationary. Their animated clip art is classified as “PowerPoint animations” and there is over 1000 animations to complement your PowerPoint presentations. They have a good variety for many genres, including technology, business and much more. These animations will complement the templates they use. They also have regular clip art. They have over 2500 different pictures, with different genres. These are handy also to enhance your PowerPoint presentations, and will give a presentation a good variety of animated and non-animated clip art. Unfortunately, I cannot put any examples of the clip art on here, as I am not allowed to distribute their clip art.

Lastly is their HD Video Backgrounds, and these backgrounds are my 2nd favourite service they offer. They offer amazing motion graphics to use in your presentations, of course in brilliant HD. They have genres for music, sports, and many more. They offer over 160 different video backgrounds for your use.

PresenterMedia is not free unfortunately, and is a paid service. You can either pay for a monthly service ($39.95/month), or a yearly service ($59.95/month). However, this is worth the money if you are constantly doing presentations, and want them to be appealing. And when you sign up, there is no monthly limit on how much you download. Just be careful because your internet provider may charge you for going over your monthly limit! Want to sign up? Go to to view their wide selection of PowerPoint templates, clip art, and backgrounds.

  4. Thanks for the review. I found them recently and I’m impressed too. BTW its $59.95 for a whole year! I just spent $50 for istockphoto credits and they are similar (if not identical) to the 3D images offered by Presenter Media. I think I’ll get more for my 60 bucks with Presenter Media.

  6. With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or
copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any techniques to help protect against content from being stolen? I’d truly appreciate it.

  7. I every time used to study article in news papers but now as
